Can’t Afford Camtasia? – Free Screen Capture Tool
Monday, October 19, 2009 18:26Some of you Internet Entrepreneurs have seen others record their screens for things or simply recording a presentation.
If you don’t have a screen recording software like camtasia studio for example, you can use this free service from screenr. Go here: http://screenr.com
You don’t need to install anything. Everything is done from your web browser.
It works for PC and Mac, and you’re allowed to record up to 5 minutes.
I won’t even bother providing a tutorial for it, because it’s so easy and intuitive. Besides, there’s an introductory tutorial on the main website.
It also automatically uploads the screen cast video to Twitter, and optionally you can upload it to Facebook and Youtube.
Again, go here: http://screenr.com
P.S. Discover how to build a Social Networking Spider Web

I tried Screenr.com. You’re right. It’s easy!
Another one I recommend that works with both Mac and PC is Jing at http://www.jingproject.com.
It’s free to download and record, but you can only share it with You Tube and Viddler (only if you pay for the pro version which is only $14.95 a year). Whether FREE or pro, you can record up to 5 minutes and you can save it onto your desktop or share it on screencast.com.
It’s also easy to use and made by TechSmith, the Camtasia Studio people. The pro version allows you to switch back and forth between screencast and webcam, too.
Screenr might be cheaper, though
